Correction On Weight

I've gained 12.8 lbs not 16.8 lbs. I'm also in the process of contacting Cindy the HCG Guru to determine if I can redeem this round by doing a couple of steak days. I will more than likely go ahead and do a cleanse right after my surgery to get rid of the toxins in my body with the nicotine poisons, the anesthesia and hopefully it will get rid of the carb/sugar cravings. I'm still on an antibiotics so explained to Cindy it's hard to time the lactobacillus sporogenes away from the antibiotic - oh but I can go take it right now DUH!!! I also, have the added benefit of still having some zeolite here. I was a distributor for a while but had a lot of stuff going on with my mother that prevented my pursuing this opportunity. I will utilizes those as well during the detoxification period.

YIPPIE - don't it sound like a fun couple of weeks???? ICKY!

Even though I want to sit down and cry and eat my way to China! I'm utilizing some of my tools from WW - stopping, thinking and this time I'm actually asking for help. Anyone reading my blog that knows me personally - knows this is the hardest if not almost impossible things for me to do (it's a mother issue thing and ya'll know from reading my previous blogs I'm dealing with this in counselling).
