Back Up Today

Back to 209 this morning - I had french food last night as we went to the Phantom of the Opera. I would not do the french food again - it gave me horrendous heartburn to where I couldn't sleep. But I thought I was dreaming it so didn't get up and take some baking soda and water. My Chiropractor suggested aloe vera juice - so I guess I will be picking some of that up too.
