Load Day 1
So, I was super frustrated this morning when I could not find my mixing needles - since I'd already started loading. I will load through Monday - since I did not get my shot until 4 PM. I finally found the mixing needles but it took forever! UGGGHHHH... Anyway - I am very excited to be doing this round and am super determined to make it my last. I won't be able to pick up the chicken I need until Tuesday - but that's okay since I will be loading up through Monday. Although boring I'm probably going to keep it super-super simple so that I can stay consistent and just get through this round!!! Chicken Salad for Lunch, Steak and salad for dinner or cooked veggies like mushrooms and onions! I'm going to stay pretty strict protocol but will on occasion mix the mushrooms and onions! With 1 exception - since I am not going to stop training - on those days I lift weights I will take a protein shake which has no sugar and 30g of protein to sustain me through the 1 1/2 - 2 hours of working out!
