What Lack of Planning Gets You +3.8lbs
Okay this weekend was full of back to school shopping and I did not plan well at all! My own fault and now I'm back on schedule but I paid a steep price for my lack of planning I'm up +3.8lbs. Well lesson learned. I have school clothes shopping soon - so will be looking towards planning for that event. I must stay on plan or reap the unfortunate benefit thereof.
I had 1/2 grapefruit for breakfast; chicken portion for lunch w/salad. Snack will be an apple and dinner will be steak portion w/salad.

hey toni, planning is indeed very essential because once due to my lack of planning i gained 5lbs and was very down when saw the weight on the scale. but then i started planning and now everything goes on very well. so start planning your day and your meal. try having some more salad on the lunch and dinner. for the meal, keep it daily and you will see result because i have a a meal of more or less the same kind and it really works.
Thanks Ryan for the encouragement... I have another weekend of shopping coming up for school closes so will make sure I pack stuff to take with me. The only challenge may be the protein??? I guess I could carry a small cooler. I've got to think that one through as I don't want to carry too much stuff while I'm out with the kids.
