First VLCD

Okay so mostly made it through the day - I had non-fat milk today... It was a good day otherwise. I'm hungry right now - I'm going to go to bed so I don't eat. Also, I'm having to take cough syrup at night so we'll see if the milk and syrup affect anything tomorrow. My starting weight was 212.4 lbs today after loading. I did very well all day with the exception of the non-fat milk and the cough syrup. But I need to sleep at night - and the coughing is severely affecting my attitude.
