Interesting Articles

I received this in my email yesterday and it does have some good information e.g. eating ripe fruit 30-45 minutes before you take any other food to allow it to digest followed by a full glass of water - the information may help in our weight loss journey.

BIG FAT (PUN INTENDED =-P ) CAVEAT: DO NOT deviate from the HCG Protocol in any manner! I am however, going to incorporate the fruit idea and make sure that I eat it away from my lunch, dinner and Melba toast - well see if I experience better results from this as well. I'm also working on giving up coffee (HOW TRAGIC - I Know!) And definitely increasing my water 2-3 liters a day I think will be plenty - I am including herbal teas in this as well... I think there are some great tips and information in this pdf file - Happy Reading ;D
