Exactly the Same

I did an hour of cardio yesterday but was craving peanut butter and gave in - so the workout counter acted the peanut butter - but I am frustrated with myself. Going to make sure I eat my chicken before I go to workout next time!

We have all been there! You should try some fat free panut butter, our local health food store has been selling them latley and they are bloody good, they are all natural ingredients and it doesnt have that oiley texture to it, its really nice. You could prbably find them in the grocery store, if not check a health food shop.

I need to figure something out as that dog-gone peanut butter is killing my loss... I do the cardio or workout and crave - crave - crave and I have no resolve when my body is craving the PB... Must be the protein - I'm going to get more chicken in on those days or an extra serving of protien... I think it's because my body is trying to build muscle... Won't know for sure until I do my measurements with my trainer again!
